Thank you for shopping at Thawe.in. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your accessories and apparel purchases.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7 days  return policy, which means you have that many days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange that meant for no refund only exchange product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed (for apparel).
  • With tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal Accessories: Earrings, piercings, and hair accessories.
  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

3. The Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thawe.in. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
